Introduction
La méthodologie de recherche est une étape cruciale dans le processus d’une synthèse des connaissances. Une revue systématique (RS) ou une étude de la portée doit démontrer que des efforts suffisants ont été faits pour identifier le plus grand nombre possible d’études de bonne qualité méthodologique pour répondre à une question clinique ou sonder un domaine de recherche en particulier.
Les bibliothécaires du CUSM vont :
- rencontrer votre équipe pour évaluer le stade du projet et rédiger un plan d’action,
- traduire votre question en une stratégie de recherche appropriée,
- mener des recherches documentaires,
- identifier la littérature grise pertinente,
- livrer les résultats en utilisant EndNote,
- vous fournir un rapport méthodologique documenté et un diagramme PRISMA,
- partager leurs commentaires sur le manuscrit avant publication,
- offrir d’autres aides, selon les besoins.

Comment faire une demande
Si vous songez à entamer un projet de synthèse des connaissances, consultez notre page sur les Ressources pour synthèses des connaissances.
Pour faire une demande de soutien pour votre revue systématique ou étude de la portée, complétez d’abord la Demande de collaboration – Revue systématique ou étude de la portée (scoping review). Prenez note que votre protocole doit être prêt à envoyer aussi.
Lorsque nous aurons reçu votre demande complète, nous procéderons à l’évaluation du dossier. Si le projet est considéré comme prêt pour les prochaines étapes, nous organiserons une rencontre avec l’équipe de recherche et le chercheur principal. Au cours de cette rencontre, nous établirons les responsabilités de chacun et l’Entente de service entre les deux parties sera signée.
Si le projet n’est pas accepté en premier lieu, la bibliothèque offrira ses commentaires à l’équipe afin de faire avancer le projet.
