L’élaboration de la stratégie de recherche est une étape cruciale dans le processus d’une synthèse des connaissances. Une revue systématique (RS) ou une étude de la portée doit démontrer que des efforts suffisants ont été faits pour identifier le plus grand nombre possible d’études de bonne qualité pour répondre à une question clinique ou sonder un domaine de recherche en particulier.

Pour commencez, remplissez le formulaire de Collaboration pour les revues systématiques ou les études de la portée. Vous devez également nous envoyer votre protocole dûment rempli.
Les bibliothécaires du CUSM vont :
- rencontrer votre équipe pour évaluer le stade du projet et rédiger un plan d’action,
- traduire votre question en une stratégie de recherche appropriée,
- mener des recherches documentaires,
- identifier la littérature grise pertinente,
- livrer les résultats en utilisant EndNote,
- vous fournir un rapport méthodologique documenté et un diagramme PRISMA,
- partager leurs commentaires sur le manuscrit avant publication,
- offrir d’autres aides, selon les besoins.

Avant de vous lancer, consultez notre guide de Ressources pour synthèses des connaissances.
Lorsque nous aurons reçu votre demande, nous procéderons à l’évaluation du dossier. Si le projet est admissible, nous aurons une rencontre avec l’équipe de recherche et le chercheur principal durant laquelle nous établirons les responsabilités de chacun et signerons l’Entente de service entre les deux parties.
Si le projet est refusé, la bibliothèque offrira des suggestions à l’équipe afin de faire avancer le projet.
